CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made with +24 hours notice will not be subject to any fee. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before appointment or no-show will be subject to a fee of 50% of service charge. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule based on availability.
