Cancellations made with +24 hours notice will not be subject to any fee. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a fee of 20% of service charge. Cancellations made less than 5 hours before appointment or no-show will be subject to a fee of 50% of service charge. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee on top of service (If able to still perform service based on schedule). If you do arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule based on availability.
